SMS messaging terms & compliance
1. Program description
This messaging program sends text messages to customers who have opted in to receive SMS from Power to the People Inc.: by submitting the text opt-in form on our website at www.avlp2p.com, by texting us first, or by giving us a mobile number and agreeing to texts when booking or requesting service by phone or in person. If you opt in through the website form, you also agree that we may call the number you provide about your request, possibly using automated dialing technology. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, estimate and scheduling updates, review requests after a completed job, customer support, and occasional promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. Cancellation instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number that sent you messages. We will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and after that you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially and we will resume sending messages.
3. Support information

4. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & data rates
Msg & data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service requests and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported carriers
Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
7. Age restriction
You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
8. Privacy

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
General terms
